COMPANY HISTORY

The story of RB Construction is based on years of dedication to excellence since 1972, when its

President and co-founder, Manuel Suárez Méndez, P.E., along with a group of professionals, established

RB Construction Corp. Their focus on quality construction gave them an impeccable reputation in the

industry which quickly led to a rapid growth, becoming in a short period of time one of the top general

contractors firms in Puerto Rico. In 2003, the Company changed its name to RB Construction Group to

allow a new generation of professionals to propel the company’s legacy into a new era.

The same standards that made the Company earn its credibility represent columns and pillars of

RB Construction Group today. These are: hard work, timely delivery, dedication, personal

attention, good management, responsibility, and a high sense of integrity.

They take pride of every project they work for, from residential and housing developments, to

condominiums, office buildings, airport terminals, multi-sport facilities and modern health related

facilities, which have been their main field of expertise throughout the years. In the following

RB Construction is known by our clients for providing the highest-quality workmanship and materials. Our QC Plan adheres to USACE quality standards and was established with the overall goal of conducting consistent and effective

processes to ensure all scopes of work naturally conform to the contract requirements. We strive to build quality into each project phase and have QC policies and procedures address

all on- and off-site activities ensuring contract compliance.
